Geographic study, by sex and age, of the evaluation of nutritional status both in Physiological and Pathological is among the goals of Docemus in the Nutrition area. Body Composition Study and Nutrition Evaluation are the basis for any malnutrition intervention in critical areas.
Therefore, intervening with a nutritional clinical methodology, through the study of the patient, can be a predictive tool both for risk populations analysis and for planning nutrition policy interventions in risk areas.
The Dietologists, Dietists and Food Technicians will train professional figures (doctors, pediatricians, nutritionists, agronomists) in the intervention areas to pass the scientific and clinical knowledge that can be spent on the various healthcare competencies.
